Are you having difficulty making your monthly mortgage payment?
Have you recently lost your job?
Are you going through a divorce?
Are you not paying your mortgage?
Have you received a legal notice from your mortgage company?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions and if your house is located in Massachusetts, you really need to get in touch with me fast.
As an REO/Foreclosure Specialist, I have also been able to help others avoid foreclosure and save their credit. I have successfully negotiated work-out solutions with a number of banks and mortgage companies, even for those who presently have foreclosure proceedings underway. Depending on the circumstances, I have even been able to help others sell their property even when the mortgage balance exceeded the market value of the property.
I am on a personal mission to save as many people as possible from foreclosure. There's no reason to lose your house when I can get your mortgage lender to agree to a short sale, which is where they will allow you to sell for less than the outstanding mortgage balance and they will accept this amount as payment in full! Best of all, they will pay all of your closing costs, including the real estate commission.
Question: But this is too good to be true.
Answer: No it isn't. Banks are in the business of loaning, not owning. A foreclosure is a liability to them, which they do not want. Furthermore, it often costs as much as $50,000 for the bank to foreclose. It is more economical for them to work out an agreement with me.
Question: I don't want my neighbors to know about this embarrassing situation.
Answer: They won't know unless you do nothing and the sheriff comes and physically removes you and your personal belongings.
Question: I want to sell it myself.
Answer: Why? The bank is going to pay all of your fees. Do you really want to deal with the bank on your own? Instead, why don't you simply do the right thing and let me worry about it.
Question: I don't care if the bank takes my house.
Answer: That's fine, but what will you do a few years from now if a prospective employer asks you if you've ever had a foreclosure? Besides, do you really want the bank chasing after you for the deficiency when we can get this thing over and done?
